You can simply book through our website for any of our Luggage transfer or storage services. If you face any difficulty booking online, please contact us.

For an Online booking, payment has to be made via credit card. We accept Visa & Master cards.

Once your booking is received by LUGGME, you will receive a confirmation email that contains your reservation details. Please check if the details of your reservation is correct. If not, please do not hesitate to reply us with the appropriate information.

Additional charges apply for Neck pillow, shopping bag or keys hanging from luggage

i) Find the booking cancel option within the "My Orders" section next to your bookings.

ii) Passengers are only permitted to cancel bookings up to one week prior to the date of pickup.

iii) Passengers must initiate a cancellation request by sending it to LuggMe admin..

iv) The admin will review the request and decide whether to approve or reject the cancellation.

Our luggage transfer and storage services are run by our dedicated in-house experts. To control and monitor our service’s quality, you will be able to track your luggage via our portal using your booking ID. Every single luggage is tagged based on the Booking details and transported with care, safely and on-time. Your luggage is securely stored and monitored at all time.

Please check the complete list of prohibited items from the link below before using the service. https://www.changiairport.com/en/airport-guide/arriving/dutiable-and-prohibited-items.html#prohibiteditems If there are any prohibited items included in your luggage, you will have to meet our agent directly in front of Terminal 3 desk at 4 pm. The appointment time/location cannot be changed. An additional SGD 5 will be charged for failure of screen test.

It is a requirement by the Airport and Port Authorities for any luggage from/to the Airport/Port to be screened for security reasons. If the screening fails, you may be requested to open your baggage for mandatory hand search as per the above regulations. Failure to accede to the stringent security requirements will result in your luggage being refused for storage, and further action may be taken including referral to the Police and/or Security.

Please note that if your luggage weight is larger than your reservation, the difference in the price will be charged.

Please upload a clear picture of all your luggage. In addition, take a close up picture of your hotel’s luggage tag as this is required for us to pickup the right luggage. Please take a closeup picture of the Hotel luggage tag so that it is clear and readable.

Please note that that additional charges will apply for Neck pillow, keys, luggage name tags or any other items attached to the luggage. These are chargeable as they require additional care during transportation. We do not want you to loose any of your items so please pack these items in your luggage before handing over to us or carry them with you.
